This Booking Form should only be used if there has been a difficulty with the automated booking procedure and one of our Booking Team has requested that you download the form. Please complete it and send it to the address below.

Please ensure that all sections of the form have been completed including your Booking Reference which the Booking Team member will have confirmed with you.

When you fill in your Booking Form:

Please use BLOCK CAPITALS.

Make sure you include...

• Booking Reference number
• Friends you wish to share accommodation with
  - we keep friends of similar ages together.
  Please note that all dorms and tents are single sex.
• Health information about allergies, special diets or other particular needs
• Remember, if appropriate, to enclose your deposit
