Name; Date of Birth; Male/Female, School Year; Home Postcode; Event Requested.

(ii) Your contact information which allows us to communicate with you regarding a Booking or Brochure request which you have made via the website. This information is:

Booking: Your email address; Your name; Your telephone number.

Brochure: Your email address; Your name; Your address.

(iii) Webstats – these allow us to monitor the use of the website and we will collect your IP address, your basic OS settings, page views and your ISP (Internet Service Provider). None of this data is correlated in any way with any personally identifiable information.

(b) All personal information gathered will only be used for the purpose for which it was supplied and this will be clearly indicated at each instance.

2.  Information Disclosure

(a)  SU Scotland does not rent, sell or share any users personal information with any third party companies except;
(i) we are required to do so by law
(ii) to enforce or apply our Terms & Conditions
(iii) to protect our rights or users of this site

(b)  We take all reasonable precautions to ensure all personal information is kept securely. It will only be available to members of staff and Volunteers who require the information to process the Booking and Brochure requests which you have made.

(c) Because of the nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data transmission over the Internet is secure. No personal information is stored on this website or its associated servers.

4.  Information We Hold

You can request to see the information that we hold on you at any time by writing to SU Holidays, 70 Milton Street, Glasgow, G4 0HR. We will make a charge of £30 for providing you with this information. You can also request to have information removed from our database.

5. Third Party Websites

This Privacy Policy only covers content found on www.suholidays.org.uk. We are not responsible for the Privacy Policies and Content of any third party websites that we may link to.

5. Ammendment to Privacy Policy

This policy may be amended from time to time. The Date the Pirvacy Policy is issued will be clearly indicated on this page and we will publicise when we amend our Privacy Policy on the Front page of this website.
