Canoe Adventure
05 - 09 Jul, Alltnacriche , S3 - S6, £219.00
No accompanied travel

Shhh… do you want to know a secret? We can run some longer holidays this summer after all, as long as you are happy to stay in a 1 person tent, living wild and digging your own toilet. Spend your days  paddling through our canoe expedition weeks. Every expedition is 5 fun filled days in the Highlands letting you explore something on the wilder side as we ask and answer questions about God in fireside conversations. We look forward to putting the idea of ‘stay at home’ behind us.

On this expedition, we will be canoeing down the majestic River Spey, the fastest flowing river in Scotland! This will involve more activity than normal so bear that in mind when signing up. Everything technical including tents and canoes are provided, you just need yourself, normal kit.

You'll need to be dropped off at our Alltnacriche centre at 10am on the Monday so that we have time to get to know each other and sort our equipment, then the event will finish at 5pm on the Friday.

Please note: Of the two canoe expeditions, this is the more technically challenging. However, there is no experience required for either.

What's the location like?

This is a place like no other. Beautiful hillside location. Near Aviemore in the amazing Scottish highlands.

What's Outside?

It’s stunning! The centre has an idyllic setting with loads of space for outdoor games. The centre is also in the perfect place for exploring a brilliant part of Scotland.

Where is it?

Alltnacriche is at Lynwilg, very close to Aviemore and just off the A9. It’s close to Loch Morlich and the Cairngorms, in fact it’s actually inside the Cairngorms National Park. There are loads of visitor attractions nearby and it’s a fantastic area for outdoor activities. Hard to imagine a better place for a holiday.
