Are you ready to join the quest, make new friends, and fantastic memories? Join us at NerdCon2026 for a week full of board-gaming, LARPing, cosplay and so much more!
What is so great about NerdCon, you ask? Well, you get the chance to build your own adventure. Why not spend your morning reading your favourite book, or owning the board with your favourite game? Spend each evening on a campaign to save the CITADEL, or watch your favourite Sci-Fi series with some friends. We will also explore some of the awesome, outdoor activities that Gowanbank have to offer like archery, crate climb, fire-building or hill walks.
Each day we will come together to learn more about Jesus as we ask big questions about faith by exploring many great stories found in the Bible.
Whatever you’re into right now, at NerdCon you’ll find a team and a camp full of nerds who love all the same stuff you do. We can’t wait to see you there!

With a range of exciting outdoor activities, there’s something for everyone — from peaceful nature walks to high-energy challenges like Crate Building, a team-based activity where you stack crates beneath your feet to climb as high as possible… until they tumble, or, with a burst of courage, you leap into the air. Why not end the day gathered around the flickering bonfire glow, roasting gooey marshmallows and lifting your voice in spontaneous song?
Gowanbank is a beautiful old house with spectacular views out across the Irvine valley and lots of great areas to hang out with friends and relax. From friendly competitions in the games room to quiet moments of reflection in the bright meeting room, whether you’re seeking excitement or a peaceful retreat, you belong here!
