Shipping and Returns


For customers in the UK we offer free delivery. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship outwith the UK.

We aim to dispatch your order within 10 working days after receiving it. Deliveries will be made by 2nd Class Royal Mail or a courier service, depending on the items.

If there is a problem with processing your order (an item is out of stock, for example), we will e-mail you to let you know.

If your order has not arrived fourteen days after placing it, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it.


If you aren't completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 5 working days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund after we receive the original item back. Please note that we do not offer a Freepost returns service, and any returned items will be at your expense. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit, so would recommend you send your returns via recorded mail.
