We are really looking forward to welcoming you to AV4 at Alltnacriche in the summer.

Join us for week full of fun and adventure. Throughout the week we will enjoy many of the activities on offer at the centre such as the whizzing through the air with a new friend on a Dual Zip Line, climbing in, on, over or under the obstacles on the Ropes Course, counting the crates to see how high you can climb with the Crate Climbing or hitting the target at Archery!

If high-adrenaline activities like these, are not your thing, don’t worry as there will be many more activities to choose from as well. Why not solve some puzzles to escape from Alltnacriche’s very own Pirate Escape Room or learn some bushcraft skills, such as building a fire or turn your hand to some creative crafts.

But that’s not all our leaders have some fun activities up their sleeves to keep you all entertained and busy during the week.

We will also spend time exploring the Bible together, learning more about who Jesus is and God’s love for each and every one of us. If you have questions about faith, already know some things and want to know more, or have never thought about God, you belong here!

There is a great team of leaders who come back year after year and love spending time with young people. You’ll be part of a small group with your own leader that you’ll get to know during the holiday, and if you come on your own, then you’ll make friends quickly as we share many joy-filled moments together.

What's the location like?

The homely, action-packed centre rests peacefully against the sweeping hillside, brushed by a gentle pebbled stream. The perfect place to reflect on the beauty of nature and breathe deeply. The perfect place for you to sit back, run free and ‘join the adventure!’

What's Outside?

The centre has 17 acres of land which we manage in partnership with A Rocha UK. With sports field, wooded areas, and burn, you will find loads of places to play, or sit, reflect and enjoy the view of the mountains.

Where is it?

Nestled in the Cairngorms National Park, near Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands, you’ll find SU Scotland’s Centre, Alltnacriche.
