Alison and I have been leading SU Holidays for many years at Kingscross on Arran, at Lendrick Muir, at Blaithwaite, in Aviemore, Comrie and many more places, and we love it. We enjoy gathering teams of volunteers who are full of fun, full of faith, and who have a skills in looking after young people in a holiday atmosphere.
We live in Kirkintilloch near Glasgow, and all 4 of our children loved being part of SU Holidays and weekends. We are members of Chryston Parish Church and are so pleased to work with team members from a variety of churches.
I have recently retired from SU Scotland, after 43 years service, as West Team Leader and schools worker and as well as enjoying 3 grandchildren who live nearby, I enjoy model railways, football (Partick Thistle), current affairs and towing our caravan all over Scotland and Europe.
